Water Shader (OLD)

As I wanted to use some nice water shader in my project, I've faced a problem, that there is no really a nice one... New water shader from the GameStudio root folder, has some strange offset bugs in the reflection.. I tried older version, and it worked pretty nice! But I've decided to rip it off, so it could be used without MtlFx library! Enjoy!
