Movement-gravity code (with auto-jumping)
[ Download from this server (392.8 Kb) ] 23.01.2016, 00:11

I've made this small contribution for a forum member. It uses gravity code from Superku's gravity tutorial. I experimented with it a little bit. Used two separate collision models, one for horizontal movement and another one for vertical (with Superku's code). And it turned out pretty nice (for the first time! I tried to do this for many times in the past, but always wasn't satisfied with results). There is an auto-jump thing, inspired from old Zelda type of games (n64). To make it possible in your games with this code, you have to make sure that the surface from which you want to perform auto-jumping should have FLAG6 set in WED (look into the level setup of this demo via WED). Anyway, I hope someone will find this useful!

Best regards!
